Deposit of £100 required to secure a provisional booking for accommodation.  Balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival date.  After each stage of payment a confirmation email will be sent.  

Additionally, full payment for the booking also accepted.

Payment for a Late Availability and Short Breaks to be paid in cash at the price quoted on date of arrival. 

In an event of a cancellation we will try to re-let the property and if we are successful we will refund your money.  If we cannot, we will retain the money already paid.

Prices quoted include heating, lighting and bed linen/towels.

Well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement £20.  For the interest of other Guests and Groundsmen of the estate, we request dogs to be kept on a lead whilst on walks and well-behaved owners to tidy and dispose of litter appropriately.

Due to the nature of Glebe Farm, children over the age of 2 years old are not accepted, as relaxation and quiet are the prime requirements for our guests to enjoy the setting and sit outside to enjoy a drink, read or a quiet chat, this, very often, being impossible with children and uncontrolled dogs around the property.

We request that Guests arrive anytime after 3pm and to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure. 

Please note that there is a strictly no smoking policy inside all cottages.
